Poncho From Scratch

I have a whole pile of clothes that need refashioning, but for now I'm showing off a fleece lined poncho I made my little one after yet another April dump of snow:




I used an existing poncho as my template; easier than I expected! A poncho is simply one front piece and one back with a hood inserted between the two. The ballerinas and purple pom poms appealed to my girly side :)

this is the bow at the front.........a little too cat in the hat? what you think?


this is the bow on the side of the poncho, ive tried to post this three times now so hopefully this will work, which do you prefer, centre bow or side bow?? i will be putting this on my etsy shop hopefully soon fluffnnonsense.etsy.com
