This dress was reconstructed from a long skirt and a knit top. they are now a dress with a Limor Ninja inspired tie belt thingy. cute over jeans or nice on its own with lovely legs.
Ha Ha! the BELT!!, its pretty tricky!! Step 1 - get a strip of thin stretchy jersey fabric about 1 1/4 mtrs long and 16inchs wide Step 2 - Fold over in half long ways Step 3 - find the 1/2 way mark and lay across top of tummy, cross over at back and tie in double knot at front! VOILA! THATS IT!!! I was going to actually sew it on to the dress but i think i might just attach it at the front so its easier to adjust for different body shapes. Limor (Ninjaeema) has a great Ninja Sash that she makes.
LOVE LOVE LOVE it. I'm coming over to steal it from you ;)
ReplyDeleteCome on over!! ill pop the kettle on!! xx
